“Libraries are absolutely at the center of my life.  Since I couldn’t afford to go to college, I attended the library three or four days a week from the age of eighteen on, and graduated from the library when I was twenty-eight.” – Ray Bradbury

I know that Mr. Bradbury was very involved at the library where my parents volunteered and they were so honored to have met him on numerous occasions. I loved reading his books when I was young and we have copies of them around our home now. Many of them have been signed personally by the author. Farenheit 451 is still required reading in school.  I know my kids will have the chance to read other titles by Bradbury as e-books, even though they were never meant to be read that way. I do not think I will ever re-read them, but there is a chance that I might enjoy listening to an audio version on our next car trip. Wouldn’t Mr. Bradbury get a kick out of that? I understand that he loved the reader’s theater.
