Your Heart Knows How to #Sparkle by Melissa Reyes

Posted on April 5th, 2016 by & filed under Be Inspired, Everything Miz Meliz, I Love My LIfe, Intentional, Mindfulness Guidance and Coaching

For 2016, my one word intention is “Sparkle!”

What does it mean to sparkle? How does one strive to sparkle? For me, it is another way to show my happiness. I don’t aspire to just be joyful. I want to Rock Joyfulness Like a Super Star!

I want to be happy, connect with other people, build a community of trust and understanding, create tangible expressions of positivity to share, and make the world a happier place with some love making it shine for all to see. That’s all I want. It is not too much to desire. Those are the things that I love. This is what my heart tells me. I believe that my heart knows what it knows. My heart knows how to sparkle.

What makes you happy? Have you asked your heart? It could be little or big. Simple or complex. You could have a small flame of light shining brightly and steadfast which sustains you. Or, you may have a giant multifaceted diamond reflecting sunshine rainbows for all to see.

Your Heart Knows

I listen to my heart and make it a daily practice to choose to be awesome.

Gretchen Rubin is known for helping people find what makes them happy and she challenges them to pursue happiness as a habit. When I had a chance to ask her what makes her happiest, she told me how much she loves reading. Out of everything she could do or say at that moment to inspire the world – she answered with what she held in her heart. She likes to read. It makes her feel good. That is what she does to feel happy. It’s that simple. Do what your heart tells you. Your heart knows what you need.

I went back to work today after an eleven day spring break vacation. I worked from home during that time on social media, streaming video, and creating artwork. I enjoyed spending time at home and in my studio. I love that room! It makes me happy. I have made it my happy place. It is colorful, warm, and comfortable. Yet, after over a week away, I was happy to return to work.

I took time to notice the things that make me feel happy. Being greeted by Brother Skip as he sits outside the office saying hello to all the children as they arrive before school is a daily boost for me. He reminds me of how my Dad was, abruptly cheerful with a gruff voice booming positivism.

“Hello Sunshine!” I heard him belt out as I walked towards him. It warmed my heart. I literally felt his hug before he could get his arms around me. That was so nice!

I hung up a wind chime in the tree outside my office door. I love hearing it in the afternoon when the wind kicks up. It mixes in with the heightened sounds of the students playing on the field. I forgot how much I enjoy the students. When they came in my office today, they greeted me gleefully and politely asked me about my vacation. I thrive on their youthful energy and enthusiasm.

My boss asked me to work on some projects for her with a strong level of confidence. Being that the projects require a creative touch and her trust in my abilities, I received the kind of validation everyone hopes for in a job.

Today I am happy.

It is my practice, my joy, my mission.

I take a deep breath. I relax my eyelids and my shoulders. I close my eyes and I listen to my heart.

Tell me, if you please, what makes you happiest?

What is your heart saying?

Mandala Newz

This is new and exciting for me!

I asked around to find out what people wanted more of from MizMeliz.com and the answer was: mandalas!

2016-03-06 19.47.43I have been drawing and coloring Mandalas for a few months now and I just love it!

I share the progress as I draw and color them in on Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Everyone likes them. I have even had some special requests!

I enjoy making the mandalas so much that I wanted to order some products with the images printed on them – like a throw pillow and a phone case. I found RedBubble.com to be a great place for that. So I gave it a try. I posted some pictures of my drawings and ordered a few mugs, stickers and a scarf. I love them and I think you will too!

Tinsel Town Tonight Spotlight on #Focus @Tenminitt 3/29/16 6:00 pm PDT

Tinsel Town with Miz Meliz

The theme for this week is “FOCUS” and that means I need to get to work! I have lots of moving parts in my life’s work. I create art, I produce content for this blog, I enjoy connecting with people around the world via multiple social media platforms, I spend valuable time with my family and friends, and I have a full time job that I love. That’s a lot!

How can I focus on any of it or all of it? I am trying to come up with a way to tie it all together. I am making sense of my purpose for all that I do. I am considering what is most important to me and what I need to do to get closer to my heart’s true desires. My core values and goals are always top of mind. Mainly, above all is to be happy and love others. To do this well, I put aside differences, keep a cool head when facing challenges, and I try not to worry about most things. I am doing the best that I can. It actually feels pretty good.

So, how do I focus when I have so much happening in my life? This is the perfect time for me to do some streamlining and spring cleaning. I am on a staycation (at home vacation from work) and I have a list of things to accomplish. If I stick to the list and focus – – I will only get closer to my heart’s desire.

My Heart’s Desire is: To be happy, creating, connecting, and best of all, SPARKLING brightly!

Join me on Tinsel Town Tonight, my live talk show, to discuss why it is important to focus on your self and share your current projects with me. I look forward to hanging out with you and connecting!

Actively Practicing Patience as I Gaze into My Crystal Ball by Melissa Reyes

Posted on March 17th, 2016 by & filed under Everything Miz Meliz, Intentional, Life Coaching, Mindfulness Guidance and Coaching

Patience, patience.

I believe that patience can be the same thing as trust. Trust and faith seem to go hand in hand as well. What does it all mean?

It is about releasing control, isn’t it?

“Patience may not be flashy, but it is crucial to well-being and effectiveness.

And it’s not something only the Dalai Lama can do (i.e. notions of certain people having the “patience of a saint”). Patience is what modern psychological and brain science would support and it’s what you can do while you’re waiting for the next thing—the end of the meeting, your driveway at the conclusion of a long commute home from work, the salivation and smell of dinner served, the anticipation of a lofty goal’s attainment, and then sleep before dreams of a weekend’s diversions.” ~Mitch AbblettMindful.org

2015-12-21 13.41.44 (1)

Mitch Abblett calls it “what you can do while you are waiting for the next thing.” I don’t know about you, but no matter how much I try I am never successful at speeding up time or making things happen using my mental abilities. No, just thinking about things and hoping they will work out when I want them to and how I want them to, just never seems to happen for me. So, what can I do to get better at not spending my time worrying, wondering, waiting, and stressing out about “the next thing?”

How can I practice patience, actively? Trust. Faith. Hope. Patience. These are positive, yet  passive mental activities. Aren’t they?

Let me see. I will look in my crystal ball and tell you exactly what will happen next. Hold on a moment.

2016-02-27 13.46.33

Are you still waiting? This could take a while. And, I do not guarantee accuracy in my forecast.

My crystal ball says, come back tomorrow

Wow, that could be frustrating, huh?! I am not out of my mind, I don’t even have a crystal ball, nor would I know how to use one if I did. But, you see what I mean, right? That’s what passive patience entails. Waiting for the unknown to happen – for who knows how long – and not having any guarantee that it will happen at all. No wonder we always have to be reminded to be patient! No wonder it isn’t a built in process.

I just sighed. I am now taking a long slow deep breath. I relaxed my shoulders. I was getting worked up because it seems difficult when it should be easy. It is very easy. Here is what we can do. (Get that? Active. Action. Positive. Motion. Together.) Here is what WE CAN DO:

Instead of waiting patiently, BE PATIENT.

Instead of hoping for the best, BE HOPEFUL.

Instead of gazing into the future trusting that things will be okay in the end, BELIEVE GOOD THINGS ARE HAPPENING NOW.

Instead of always leaving it up to the Universe or God, with blind faith, BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.

You are resilient.

You are accepting.

You are a miracle.

You are Awesome.

Even when you are waiting.

Even when you don’t have the answers.

Even when you are afraid. alone. tired. weak.

Even when nothing makes sense.

Love this moment, right now.

Love who you are.

Love everything you ever were.

Love everything you have yet to do, see, and be.

Trust Me.

Believe Me.

Never Give Up.

Be Patient.

Being Courageous by Melissa Reyes

Posted on March 9th, 2016 by & filed under Everything Miz Meliz, I Love My LIfe, Intentional, Mindfulness Guidance and Coaching

Jonathan Morrow says “The Cowardly Lion is an unlikely hero who learned to overcome his fears. We are all cowardly lions. Everyday, we have to wake up and remind ourselves how to roar.”

The topic is courage because it comes up again and again for me in my studies of life, business, and self-care.  Actually, it is fear that comes up. Courage is the counterpart to fear. If I don’t want to be afraid, I must be courageous. Right? Maya Angelou said that you need courage in order to practice the other more important virtues. Courage is the starting point for transformation. Courage is needed to move forward with plans and goals and wants and dreams. We don’t do anything without some level of courage. (I wrote about Courage before.)

courage angelou quote

If it weren’t for courage, I might stay in bed all day where it is safe and warm and comfortable. If it weren’t for courage, I would never voice my opinion or make any choices for myself. Courage gives me a voice. Courage gives me an opinion. Courage has a lot to do with who I am. ~M. Reyes 3-9-16

The Cowardly Lion Roarslion courage quote

In Jon Morrow’s article about the Cowardly Lion, he goes through the steps the lion took to get courage in the story of The Wizard of Oz. He related these steps to the tools needed to activate courage when taking on a new business or project. I went over many of these principles in my interview with David Vaughan on Tinsel Town Tonight, when he portrayed the Lion to prove a point about what it takes to be courageous. The point is this – we aren’t naturally courageous. We need to make an effort. We must activate our courage and we must do this often.

Here are some tools to use when activating your courage:

Desperation – when you have “hit rock bottom” or are at your “wit’s end” that feeling will motivate you to make a change

Motivation – use that motivation to set some goals and get going. Don’t wait – move on it.

Discovery – If you have questions about how and when you will change and complete your mission, use that as a means to discover whatever you need to take the next step.

Challenge – if it was easy, it wouldn’t be worth fighting for, or trying so hard. Challenge yourself and make it important.

Ignore your inner critic – those negative voices are telling you that it can’t be done, or it is too hard. Ignore it! It means that you can do it. The chemicals in your brain make you think these thoughts in order to protect you from harm. You know what you are doing. Believe the positive and encouraging voice inside you.

Compassion – you feel called to help someone in need. You care about the people who depend on you. These are good reasons to step up and make things better for everyone.

Collaboration/Partnerships – You aren’t alone in this. Bounce off your ideas with your bestie. Work with some knowledgeable people and come up with a plan together. Support each other through this. Two heads are better than one and all that.

Celebrate – It is good to honor the milestones and remember the past. You have made it this far. Pat yourself on the back and soak in the recognition you deserve. That makes you want more of it even more, Keep up the good work.

Keep going – when things fail, try and try again. When things get stagnant, keep going. You might be a few steps away from achieving your goal. You won’t know if you don’t keep going forward.

Take notes – journal, keep a photo album, document your work and your achievements. Refer back to them and review what you did that worked. Enjoy the memories and share them. You did it! You believed you could do it and you did it! Write the book. Frame the certificate. Send the announcements. You totally deserve it. It wasn’t easy. You are awesome!

Courage Mandala by Melissa Reyes for the 100 Mandala Project

courage of the lionSuccess

I have learned that the following things are important in order to be successful.

This is a good reminder for me and I hope it helps you as well.

  • Be willing to do what it takes to get what you want and make things happen.
  • Be unpopular and remember not everyone will understand or care about what it is you are trying to do.
  • Try again and again because each failure is an experience to build on.
  • Pay the price and don’t go cheap. Important things are costly. Either financially or emotionally.
  • Never give up. Never, never give in or give up. Keep the faith.
  • Being mindful and having a purpose or intention is vital in being a success at whatever you do. (aka mindset)
  • Educate yourself and continue to learn all the days of your life.
  • Be prepared for anything. No matter what happens, you are ready for greatness!

courageMy Story

When I was young, I was shy. I mean when I was really young. I was the youngest in the family. The only child in a world of adults and teenagers. I would hide behind my mother. I never let go of her. I was afraid of being alone, going to the doctor or dentist, being left at preschool, clowns. I was afraid of anything that might separate me from my mother, from my safety zone. Eventually I overcame the separation anxiety and enjoyed school and making friends. But until high school, I was still pretty shy. Even at work when I was in my 20’s I didn’t voice my opinion. In college, I stayed to myself in class and never asked questions. I was an observer. I thought it was being respectful. I wasn’t really sure what my own opinions were. I was a people pleaser and I followed the direction of others that I trusted for the most part. Of course, I don’t know if I knew that I was doing that at the time. But, when I finally discovered my own voice and my own opinions welled up to the surface I knew! It was still awhile before I found courage.

I was searching for something. I wanted validation. I wanted success. I wanted to be heard. I needed to feel important.

The seed of “me” had developed inside all that time and I was ready to bloom.

It took courage. Courage and determination. They say when you are ready you know. When you are ready to get married, have children, move to another place, change careers, all those major decisions. You are supposed to know. I don’t necessarily agree. I believe when you feel uneasy with who you are or what you are doing, it is time to make a change. What do you think?

2016-03-10 12.54.40

In what ways have you changed and what did it take to get the courage you needed to do so?

For me, I am creative and I like to make things. Every project is a way to start anew. Writing is a way to start something and see it through. Travel and planning events and vacations is another way I use my abilities. Each project takes courage to start and to be successful. I started taking on bigger projects. Becoming a life coach. Writing a book. Doing a live talk show. Publishing and sharing my work. Planning a move. Speaking at conferences and workshops. Everyday I remind myself that I am capable, I am loved, and I can be heard. Do I roar? Not exactly. But I know I can!

This is My (deep breath) Audacious Project for 2016 #Create #100Mandalas @redbubble

Posted on February 18th, 2016 by & filed under Everything Miz Meliz, I Love My LIfe, Intentional, Passions

Okay, (deep breath) I would like to debut my mandala artwork available for sale on various products on Red Bubble. This is huge for me because I never shared my drawings with anyone publicly until this year. I started a 100 Mandala Project and I am holding myself accountable by telling others and making it a community endeavor. (I tried this last year and I stopped after four drawings!)

mandalaSo far, in just the past four weeks since I started drawing my own designs I have completed dozens.  I have tapped into my creativity in a big way and the Mandala Project has spread! I have been asked to introduce drawing and coloring mandalas at the school where I work and with the homeless at the recuperative care center where my brother works. I want to show how drawing and coloring is a good way to reduce stress and can be a very powerful spiritual experience.

Recently, I overheard a student telling another girl that she feels so good when she finishes coloring one. It made my day! I want to propose making a community mandala -combining the work of my students into one big mandala and transfer the design to a mural that I will paint on a wall at the school.

Why the deep breath? Because this is one of those projects that is taking off as fast as I can tell you about it! It wasn’t planned or thought out other than in my dreams. And now, I can weave the project into everything I do and it all makes sense to me.

Tinsel Town Tonight – How The Stars Align in 2016

Posted on February 2nd, 2016 by & filed under Everything Miz Meliz, Intentional, Life Coaching, Tinsel Town Live 2016

I guess I have a lot of audacious goals and the stars are aligned for me because everything is happening so fast. I would love to talk about this on my show, Tinsel Town Tonight. Te topic will be, “What Makes the Stars Align For You?” Join me right here for the LIVE broadcast at 7 PM tonight! SCROLL DOWN FOR ALL THE DEETS!

My January Recap

I was invited to speak at #ConnectHer16 which has been a hope of mine for some time. I started my coaching practice and sought help in how to really bring it home – and I feel really good about meeting the right people at the right time. I want to book more guests on my talk show and I am loving making the connections. (Gretchen Rubin “liked” my Tweet today about being featured on my show!) I started my online sales of my artwork, huge step for me!

My (official) words for 2016 are Create, Connect, and Sparkle!

What are your words? Have you set an intention for the year? Do you use One Word, or other ways to stay focused?

Do you need some accountability to help you reach your goals? If you want, you can email them to me and I will follow up with you. Send your word/list to me at MizMeliz@Yahoo.com with Accountability in the subject line. You will get a message from me in the summer and just before the holidays to see how you are doing.   By way of holding myself accountible, I am sharing my goals for this year here on my blog. I will give you all the details for the first thing I am developing, my coaching practice. In future posts, I will tell you all about the book I am writing and the story of why I am so obsessed/enamored with mandalas. Here it goes…putting it all out there!

My Projects for 2016

I have three main areas of focus that I plan to complete this year.

        • I will put into action a business strategy to open and maintain a viable coaching practice. In other words, I am open for business! And I am working hard to put systems in place to make it wonderfully successful.

        • I will self-publish my 2nd book, More Than a Feeling, available on Amazon in October 2016. Let me know if you want to be on the pre-order mailing list.

        • I will make products available for purchase online with my artwork. The project for this year is 100 Mandalas. If you follow me on Facebook or Instagram, you have seen at least a dozen mandalas I have drawn and/or colored. So, if you like the vibrant colorful designs as much as I do – you can snuggle up with your mandala throw pillow, wrap up in a mandala scarf, take out your mandala notebook, and pour yourself a cup of coffee or tea in your mandala mug – and make it a Miz Meliz Mandala Moment! (Too much? Nah!, use this code and get 20% off everything. CELEBR8 )

Coaching Practice

Part of my preparation for my strategic plan is to thoroughly define what I aim to do as a coach. Just saying I am a Life Coach is not enough. What sets me apart? What makes me unique and what will help people trust me to help them?
I dug deep. I took time to reach into the core of what I do best, how I do it, and why I am called to do it. I came up with some powerful information. It’s stuff that makes my heart feel funny. The stuff you want to call your mom about.

Here are some titles I am considering for myself:

Emotional Well-being Transformation Specialist

Roller Coaster of Life Coach

Emotional Train Wreck First Responder

Emotional Transformation Guide

What ever I end up calling myself, I vow to be your guide to living a happy, carefree, self-fulfilled, and hopeful life.

I can help you:

  • Find your self
  • Find your voice
  • Find your way

Are you feeling:

  • Lost
  • Forgotten
  • In a fog
  • Confused
  • Stagnant
  • Unmotivated
  • Stretched
  • Complacent

Are you:

  • a Caretaker
  • a Parent
  • a Patient
  • a Student
  • Going through loss, or a major life change
  • in need of a confidant, friend, or cheerleader

If you are:

  • Tired
  • Bored
  • Depleted
  • Depressed
  • Anxious
  • Stressed
  • Over worked
  • Grieving

And if any of these statements fit you:

  • I have been surviving this way for so long that I don’t even recognize myself.
  • The person I once was, the person I am on the inside, is dying to get out and live again.
  • I am just going through the motions, getting through the day, the week, the month… I am not even sure what it is that I want anymore.
  • I have been helping, serving, raising, assisting other people for so long, sacrificing my own plans and dreams, that I think I have forgotten who I am, I don’t even remember what I aspired to be.
  • I feel like my goals don’t matter.
  • It is too late to live my dream life.
  • I spend more time thinking about my secret happy place to get away from the daily grind than imagining any type of future for myself. At least I know I can’t fail at it.

I know how you feel!

I have personal experience with all of this. I always thought my dream was to get married, have kids, please my parents, have a job, save money, and that would be what would make me happy. That is as far as I could see for myself when I was in that time of my life. Well, I got there. It was great. I felt happy. I did what I set out to do. Then I realized that I didn’t aim high enough. I had everything I wanted and I wanted more. Just when I started planning a future for myself, thinking about soaring with the wind, flying free and being my best self, the shit hit the fan. Everything fell apart. My life was shattered. And then it hit again.  And again. And again. And again. I began to believe that my life was shit. It didn’t matter that I still had a home, a husband, a family, a job. I risked it all and lashed out, acted out, freaked out, and I began having panic attacks, anxiety, depression and chronic pain.

I dealt with destruction, drama, disease, and death. I had marriage issues, health issues, mental issues, fitness issues, to the point of having issue issues! I got the help I needed. (There is a lot packed in that little statement. A ton. It wasn’t easy and it took time. I couldn’t do it alone. I got the help I needed.)

Through all of this, on the outside I seemed fine. Nobody knew the misery I was putting myself through on the inside. I had to make a change.

I looked within myself and I found her. My inner sweetheart. My inner child. And she still had dreams. She still had ideas and excitement and joy. She waited for me. She will always be there. She has new ideas all the time. All I have to do is listen. We grow together. We always keep learning, growing, experiencing life and all that it is meant to be.

If you have been distracted, dismayed, or depressed to the point of despair, I can help you find your path.

You can go from:

  • Heartbroken to heartwarming
  • Self-sabotaging to self-confident
  • Sacrificing to successful
  • Martyrdom to Masterful
  • Misguided  to Motivated
  • Victimized to Vindicated
  • Torn to terrific
  • Lonely to lovely
  • Depressed to dazzling
  • Fallen to fabulous
  • Broken to beautiful
  • Painful to playful
  • Jealous to joyful
  • Hollow to happy
  • Tired to inspired
  • Anxious to Amazing
  • Feeling awful to being amazing
  • Go from “merely existing to “here to be awesome!”

Yes, you can still be who you are; a helper, an assistant, a parent, a caretaker. You can serve others without sacrificing yourself, without losing your own passions, desires and needs.

I will show you how to live with intention, insight, and inspiration.

service mandala

I will help you find your voice and sing out joyfully. You will find yourself and you will sparkle and shine when you live the life that you are meant to live. You will achieve your dreams and turn your goals into plans. That fog will lift and you will feel yourself glowing with energy.

You will be:

  • Gracious
  • Joyful
  • Happy
  • Hopeful
  • Carefree
  • Stress free
  • Satisfied
  • Fulfilled
  • Alive

You will learn to:

  • Listen to your inner sweetheart not your inner daemons (screaming banshee or bride of Frankenstein.)
  • Mind map instead of brainstorm
  • Plan instead of dream
  • Think positive
  • Be proactive
  • Know what you want and what you stand for and do what you believe in

If I am your coach, we will take an adventure together:

  • Experience for yourself how far trusting yourself can take you.
  • Find your thing. Your passion. Your core value. Your inner strength. Your true desires.
  • Look deep within. Look far ahead. Envision all the possibilities. Map it out. Get going. Love the life you want.
I can’t tell you how I will do it or when it will happen for you. That is up to you. It is different for everyone and I know countless ways to activate the things that are most important that will work for you. Just show up, that is the first step. Every coaching experience is different, but I am very close to everyone I meet and I will always be here for you. I have only served a few clients in the past year or so, and I was not sure that I have what it takes to be an effective and sought after coach. I needed some feedback. I asked people I have coached for testimonials and suggestions to improve my coaching practice.
The response was so affirming!
I listed them below…I am so humbled.
I am really motivated to get my coaching practice re-activated. I already have courses (referred to as “workouts” below!) and mini-retreats scheduled.
My calendar is pre-loaded on Trainer.ly for one on one coaching sessions:

Testimonials

  • “I love the way you speak. You’re so calm and clear in everything that you say. You listened to every word I had to say and you were very helpful with my situation. I like how you tied in stories of your own to give me examples and tips that would motivate and inspire me.”
  • “I really appreciated how easy it was for us to schedule a time to talk – you are so great about being flexible with your time. And being able to have sessions over the phone was such a blessing for a busy mother of two!”
  • “You have a very good memory and were able to connect dots from our different conversations. I also truly felt you were sincere – when you told me my work was meaningful and valuable, I believed you and it made me stop devaluing what I did and see my work in a new light.”
  • “It’s funny because with you I was able to verbalize what I really wanted but never said out loud because it was such a hopeless pipe dream – I wanted the job that I had 12 years ago back. It seemed impossible, but once I said it and really let myself want it, I ended up getting it back!! Coincidence? I think not!”
  • “You are very in tune with such a vast variety of people, from all walks of life. You truly care about others, and I always feel good after visiting your group:)”

I love colorful drawings and art. Mandalas are an amazing way to tap into my creativity. I love looking at them, drawing them, coloring them, and sharing them. What sparks your creativity? What motivates you to sparkle?

When You Need to Feel Glowy

I recorded this guided meditation for you, for those times when you need to relax for a few minutes and strengthen or renew that “glowy” feeling. Take ten minutes and get comfy. Let me know if you like this in the comments. Thanks!

GUIDED MEDITATION SCRIPT

Sitting comfortably or lying down with eyes closed, let’s begin by becoming aware of the breath……

Feel the breath as it enters with a cool feeling and then warming as it gently travels down into the lungs…..

Fill the lungs with a deep inhale, bringing in energy, vitality and prana, the life force…..

As you exhale, feel the body releasing toxins, stress and any negativity that has accumulated, as it drains down into the ground…..

Stay with this breath, focusing on the feeling of deep peace for ten deep inhalations and exhalations….

Feel the subtle vibration of energy that runs through the body….

Become aware of the warmth and tingling of every cell…..

Feel the energy that is in the extended environment, out to infinity, in the entire cosmos, in every part of nature and in every living thing…..

Bring all those energies together and feel them as one…..

Visualize all of that energy shining as brightly as a thousand suns…..

Bring the shining glow of bright energy over the crown of the head…..

Feel it starting to funnel down into your body from the top of your head, slowly going down into your face and neck, traveling down into the shoulders, down the arms, all the way down to the fingers…..

Feel the healing energy and light going down into your chest and let that healing light fill your heart. Allow your heart to feel the magnificent healing, warmth and unconditional love….

Stay with this feeling of warmth and love for five deep slow breaths…..

Feel the healing light go down into your hips…..

Feel it continue traveling down your legs all the way down to your toes…..

Your whole body is now filled with Divine Healing Light and Energy…..

Allow that Healing Energy to completely fill all physical areas that need healing energy…..

Feel it warming, healing and expanding through the areas……

Now bring your awareness to any emotional difficulties and allow the Divine Healing Light to bring peace and healing to any emotional issues or traumas…..

Bring your awareness to any intentions or desires that you may have…..

Hold the thoughts of those intentions or desires as you allow the Healing Energy to bring your deepest desires to life and your intentions into reality…..

Feel your connection to Divine Energy and Light, and know that all is ONE…..

Stay with this deep, relaxing, peaceful feeling of bliss.

When the guided meditation is over, stay seated or lying down, then gently bring your awareness back into the room. Stay in this place of deep peace and relaxation as you surrender completely for a few more moments, then give thanks to your Higher Self and know that you have completed a very healing and profound practice.
