Forget about what you know or what you have learned and just speak. The best and most important things that I have said, have been spoken from the heart. From my inner self. I have said that when it really counts, I will open my mouth and the spirit will speak through me. That is being inspired.

Definately, alot of what is holding inspiration back is certain things we have learned, like what we have been told that we can or can’t do. Finding your own inspiration is the best way!

Yes we can get bogged down by outside influences and obstacles can slow us down, but what does your inner voice tell you? What does your heart say?
